Refund policy

FuelMetric Pro for Windows. Effective date: 30-Oct-26

You can try every free feature before you buy. If FuelMetric Pro for Windows still does not work for you, we refund it.

7-day refund

Email support@fuelmetricpro.com within 7 days of your purchase, with the email address you used at checkout. You get a full refund to the card you paid with, made by Polar, our reseller. The licence key is then deactivated.

Yearly licences

You can cancel a Yearly licence at any time in the customer portal; Pro then stays active until the end of the year already paid. After the first 7 days, the current year is not refunded.

Android

Purchases made in the Android app are handled by Google Play under Google Play's refund policies.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
